Position Details

Responsibilities

  • Perform recovery auditing services for major retail enterprises
  • Analyze client systems and processes to determine areas of exposure and claim content
  • Plan, develop and implement claim content and review procedures for a successful recovery audit

Compensation: based on experience plus bonus commission based on percentage of productivity with no cap or limit

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years recovery auditing experience
  • Strong auditing skills in merchandising and expense payables required
  • Knowledge and skills in supply chain, freight/logistics, channel distribution and import/export areas are a big plus
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Access
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills require
  • Skills in MS SQL and understanding of Oracle and SAP tables are a plus
  • Experience in operational, financial, contract and compliance auditing are a plus
  • Strong business process experience with math, accounting aptitude and data mining capability are a plus

We are seeking accounting retail recovery professional with hands-on leadership experience. Candidates should be a well-rounded business leader who is capable of developing audit recovery project plans, leading and managing others throughout the recovery process and managing client expectations.

  • Work with clients to develop an efficient and effective profit recovery audit plan
  • Meeting the client’s needs within the scope and parameters they set
  • Analyze client systems and processes to determine areas of exposure and claim content
  • Plan, develop and implement claim content and review procedures for a successful recovery audit
  • Direct and oversee the technology and data acquisition necessary to perform the profit recovery audit plan
  • Staff, direct and over see teammates performing your profit recovery audit plan
